I've never been concerned about the consistency of colour or minor scuffs as a lot of people like to see that natural look in watch straps. But, loose fibers make for not very nice watch straps. Before the quality was always great, but then I got two pieces that were low quality for fiber density. I emailed to address this concern and to ask to, if possible, send a better set of A4 sheets for the next order - received no reply and both of these new sheets are making bad straps again. I can't give these to my clients, the leather is just too low quality the last three times and maybe it's all side by side cut from the same hide section, but asking for a nicer piece with no reply makes me not eager to try again, lol.

My recommendation for this is, if you need a piece that is going to be bent often, you're going to need one with noticeably tighter fibers. I wouldn't order online, I would recommend going to the shop.

Everything has been great until the last three times, just unfortunately I can't keep my clients waiting and buying a fourth piece without anyone contacting us back is a risk that is costing almost the value of the strap now, I can't do that.
